AI AND LIKENESS PROTECTION NOTICE

The Change Agent Podcast will not use artificial intelligence tools to alter, manipulate, synthesize, deepfake, or otherwise modify your voice, face, image, or likeness in any form without your express prior written approval. This commitment applies to all content derived from your appearance, including but not limited to audio, video, still images, and promotional materials.

This notice reflects our commitment to compliance with applicable law across the jurisdictions in which our guests and audience are located, including the following frameworks currently in force or in active enforcement:

In the United States, the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (enacted May 2025) addresses the non-consensual publication of AI-generated visual depictions of individuals. At the state level, Tennessee's Ensuring Likeness, Voice, and Image Security Act (ELVIS Act, effective 2024) establishes individual property rights over one's name, voice, photograph, and likeness, including protections against unauthorized AI replication. Additional state-level protections exist across more than 45 states as of 2025.

In the United Kingdom, the Online Safety Act 2023, with key provisions in force through 2024 and 2025, prohibits the sharing of AI-generated intimate or realistic depictions of individuals without consent.

In the European Union, the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, adopted in 2024 and entering comprehensive enforcement in August 2026, requires that any AI-generated or AI-altered content be clearly disclosed and labeled, and prohibits AI systems that manipulate individuals through synthetic media without consent. Violations carry penalties of up to €35 million or 7% of global annual turnover.

Any request to use AI-assisted editing or enhancement beyond standard production corrections, such as noise reduction or color grading, will be presented to you in writing and will require your signed approval before any such content is published or distributed.
