## Service

The app generates guest profiles and folder structures using AI. Output is informational and should be verified before use.

## Accounts

You must sign in with Google or Apple to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

## Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. All sales are handled by Apple, including refunds and billing.

## Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a finite usage amount. When usage is exhausted, additional purchases may be required.

## Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the service for unlawful purposes

- Attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service

## Intellectual Property

The app, brand, and software are owned by The Change Agent. You own the content you create and provide.

## Disclaimers

We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated content. All output should be reviewed and validated before use.

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Change Agent is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

## Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.
